If you had to sum up Crete 2019 in one word, which one would you use? Skill? Spirit? Scale? Passion? They all work, of course, but we think the only one to describe the greatest tournament ever played anywhere in the world is this one:

Spectacle.

Russia won the final at the Leisure Leagues Stadium – it was a match worthy of such a fabulous week –  as they beat Poland by the odd goal in five in front of thousands of  thrilled supporters from all around the world, and twice as many who were watching it on big screens  in the packed beachside bars.

We had plenty of photographers there to capture what was the biggest night in the history of the sport.

We will do it all again in 2020 and we will be revealing the host nation very soon, but for now, relive the action with our fabulous gallery of pictures.
